The Fort St. Helen Garrison is the headquarters Garrison for all 78th Fraser Highlanders in North America.

The York Garrison is the largest of the Garrisons of the 78th Fraser Highlanders, based in Toronto, Ontario.

The J.P. Fell Pipe Band, from North Vancouver, have performed with the Frasers at several distinguished events, including at Government House, The Salute to Veteran's, and at the memorial service of the late Queen Mother.
